Please be advised that purchase, use, and/or viewing of Product is not a promise, guarantee, or representation by Us of any outcome, score or increase in score of your practitioner board exam. Further We do not guarantee any passage of your practitioner board exam exam or any other such outcome.

Legal
Any and all controversies, claims, or disputes between you and us (collectively, you and us means “Parties”) arising out of, relating to, or resulting from this agreement, the Parties shall use their reasonable efforts to settle the dispute(s) by negotiation with each other. In the event the Parties cannot settle the dispute within sixty (60) days of notice of dispute, we are free to litigate the dispute(s) in our preferred venue of Magistrate or State court of Cobb County, Georgia with this agreement being construed according to the laws of Georgia.

You further acknowledge and affirm that any changes we make are binding on you as of the effective date stated. Changes to terms of use are effective as they are published on the site.
