This week is advanced practice provider celebration week! To thank the more than 500,000 primary care workers in the United States, the Centers for Medicare, and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) has issued a proclamation to acknowledge their important roles and contributions.

It's thanks to all these wonderful people that we can get the healthcare we need. We're happy to salute all advanced practice providers this week as they serve us every day.

Advanced practice providers are critical to the services we provide in your community. Use this week to show them that you value their contribution and support.

It's time to give APPs a little appreciation. The hard work they put in continues to go unrecognized by the public. Have a heart and thank our healthcare workers.
